Getting Here
If you are travelling to Stradbroke Island you will need to arrive at our Cleveland terminal, the Stradbroke Flyer passenger ferry departs from Toondah Harbour.
Our office at the Cleveland terminal is open 7 days a week and is located at 13 - 21 Emmett Drive (Corner of Middle Street and Emmett Drive)

All tickets can be purchased at the office, however outside of office hours tickets can be purchased onboard the boat. WE DO NOT SELL ONLINE TICKETS.

Getting Here
By car
We are located at 13-21 Emmett drive.
Cleveland is a 45 minute drive from the Brisbane airport, 1 hour drive from the Gold Coast and 45 minute drive from the Brisbane CBD.
Free car parking is available in the Toondah Harbour surrounds. In order to find a car park you will need to allow at least 20 minutes prior to boat departure.
By Train
Cleveland is on the train line. Catch the train from Brisbane airport, Gold Coast, Brisbane CBD or elsewhere. Use the Translink Journey Planner to plan getting to Cleveland by train.
The free Stradbroke Flyer courtesy bus picks up ferry passengers from the Cleveland Train Station 10 minutes prior to each passenger ferry departure from 6:55am until the 6:25pm. As you exit the train station follow the footpath to your right around to the bus stop. We do endevour to connect with the trains however our bus will not wait if the trains are delayed.
By Bus
You can plan your travel to Cleveland using the Translink Journey Planner. However there is not a Translink bus that travels to our boats. Once you have arrived in Cleveland you need to catch our courtesy bus which will bring you to the pontoon.
The free Stradbroke Flyer courtesy bus picks up passengers from the Middle Street, Cleveland bus stop, outside the Commonwealth Bank, 15 minutes prior to each water taxi departure from 6:55 am until the 6:25 pm.
